Indra Duivenvoorde
Managing Director, P.T. Boeing Indonesia
Indra serves as the Managing Director for Boeing in Indonesia, based in Jakarta. She is responsible for leading Boeing's operations, growth strategy, government affairs, new business and industrial partnerships and community engagement in the country. Indra will lead efforts to enhance Boeing's local presence, and providing global functional support.
Prior to this role, Indra has held various positions across business development, sales, international strategic partnerships, and program execution within the company’s manufacturing and services divisions for both commercial and defense sectors.
With over 20 years of experience, she excels in sales of aircraft, services, and training, including Foreign Military Sales and Direct Commercial Sales. Indra has a proven track record in program management and P&L responsibility, successfully leading cross-functional teams to secure multi-million-dollar contracts. She effectively manages programs, ensuring efficient logistics and compliance with import/export regulations for military assets. Her expertise includes developing industrial participation plans and fostering strong relationships with international customers and industry partners. Indra is recognized for her customer-centric strategies, and for implementing best practices in program management.
Before her current role, Indra served as the Senior Director for Europe, Canada, and Latin America for Boeing Global Services, where she was responsible for the growth and execution of international defense business in the region. In 2019, she held the position of Director of Sales for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, overseeing operations in Central Europe, Spain, and Portugal.
Indra graduated from the University of The Hague with a BSc in European Studies in 2003 and earned an Executive MBA from Erasmus University of Rotterdam in 2022.
