Boeing, GMF Aero Asia Deepen Commitment to Grow Indonesia’s Aerospace Industry
- Joint effort will identify opportunities to collaborate on maintenance, parts distribution and training.

JAKARTA, INDONESIA, June 11, 2025 – Boeing [NYSE: BA] and PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF) have agreed to explore opportunities for maintenance support, parts distribution and training for defense. In a Memorandum of Understanding signed at the Indo Defense Expo and Forum, the companies will collaborate to advance the growth of the local aerospace industry.

Building off a legacy of undefeated air dominance, the F-15EX provides digital fly-by-wire flight controls, a new electronic warfare system, an all-glass digital cockpit, the latest mission systems and software capabilities, the ability to carry hypersonic weapons and can leverage existing and future technologies to meet warfighter needs and defeat future threats.
