Boeing Appoints New Leader for Indonesia

JAKARTA, INDONESIA, Sept. 22, 2025 – Boeing [NYSE: BA] named Indra Duivenvoorde as its managing director for Indonesia. Effective September, she will coordinate company activities in a growth market for the company’s commercial airplanes, defense and services businesses.

Indra will be based in Jakarta and succeeds Zaid Alami, who has moved to another role within Boeing.

Previously, Indra served as senior director of Government Services for Europe, Canada, and Latin America. She also held key roles including as director of Sales for Boeing Commercial Airplanes in Central Europe, Spain, and Portugal, as well as Vertical Lift program manager in the Netherlands and project manager for international strategic partnerships in Europe.

Boeing and Indonesia have worked in partnership for 76 years to support the development of aerospace and defense capabilities in the country. Today, Boeing’s presence in Indonesia spans commercial aviation, defense, supply chain, sustainability, air traffic modernization, aviation safety, and talent development efforts across the local industry.
