Notably, Southeast Asia is emerging as one of the fastest-growing aviation markets, with passenger air traffic expected to increase at an impressive rate of 7% annually. To meet this surge in demand, airlines in the region will need more than 4,800 new airplanes over the same 20-year period, as per Boeing’s Commercial Market Outlook.
